I have to admit that I still find it a bit difficult to clearly understand how obtaining casino chikes/coins works.

For those who have been following the program for a long time, everything may seem obvious, but for those who are starting out it is easy to get lost between VIP rewards, tracker, qualifications, levels and the different events.

I sometimes find the information myself after searching a lot, but it's not that intuitive to figure out what exactly I need to do to win the casino chips, where to track the rewards, and how they qualify me for the events.

Maybe it would help to have a very direct guide, like: “I want to win casino chips. Where do I start? What actions generate tokens? Where to see if I have been rewarded? And what events can I play with them?”

I'm not criticizing the system itself — I think the idea of rewarding community participation is interesting. The issue is more about the ease of finding and understanding information . The simpler the path, the more people are likely to participate.

Has anyone else had the same difficulty or is it just me who is still trying to decipher the treasure map?
