We will be implementing a new way of tracking VIP tasks for casino related items. It will be like the chips, but with a different name, once that's in place, you will be able to use those to enter, rather than screenshots like you do now. I am hoping to get everything finalized by the end of this month.

@Tammy, I signup for the Casino Poker event for April 15th @7:00pm EST. Unfortunately I did not get registered and did not play.

It was my own fault and take responsibility for it but was wanting to know if my Casino VIP chips are refundable in a situation like this. I'm thinking that they are lost because it was my own fault not getting registered for the game.

Hi Tony I have looked at the lobby and see you didn't register so in this case your coins can be returned, I will do that now.
