Exactly, the lack of feedback is the most frustrating part. I’ve had the same experience with 888 — you wait days for a reply, and when it finally arrives, you can’t even continue the conversation because their message is basically one‑way. Support without real dialogue doesn’t help anyone.

Yeah. My brother will sit for an hour waiting for the perfect hand. It finally aopears which I should hear screams of joy. Instead he says he can't bet in the hand because the internet went out. Filunny the internet only goes out when quite a few people go in the hand with you and it just magically boots you out of a winning juicy payout hand.

That is why I play an all in or fold style frequently. I hate having 3 raises in a hand and then get booted out of the hand through no fault on my side.

What annoys me the most are unclear bonus requirements. You start to play and suddenly it takes your own money first or you want a bit and then you realize you have to roll over like a thousand times.

What upsets me the most are the problems with withdrawing funds, which unfortunately have been happening to me quite often lately. Over the past year, such problems have been with literally all the sites I play on. Problems are usually resolved, but it takes time and requires additional effort.

I play on several sites and in general each of them has its own shortcomings. But in general all the problems that I had were solved. The only thing that annoys me is the poorly organized work of the support service.

Fortunately, I don’t take online casinos seriously; I’ve wiped out my bankroll a time or two because of them, but I’ve let it go—and the stakes weren’t even that high. Anyone who builds their career on this shouldn’t be surprised if they don’t get anywhere. An online casino isn’t the place to change your life (you might get lucky once in a while, but certainly not in the long run).

I am annoyed by unfounded checks and cancellations of withdrawal requests. In most cases, this is just a banal delay in the hope that I will start spending the money I wanted to withdraw.

These are facts, that we can easily observe while playing. I think the most ennoying is the edge of each site , which it is a variable egde!

I think all the ones mentioned are already known to players (professional or not), but certainly the most annoying one is the one mentioned above... haha
It doesn't have to be all of it, I think for the average person nothing is more upsetting than losing money!

I think we all get annoyed when we have problems with withdrawing funds. I don't know anyone who would be indifferent to such situations. But everything else is not a problems, it's just a features that you can ignore :)

You are right. Problems with withdrawing money are probably the most common problems and they are the most annoying. Although theoretically, if your account is verified and you do not use various promo codes or deposit bonuses, then you should not have these problems.

I generally try to keep my nerves in check. But when I encounter an irresponsible attitude from the support service, it definitely upsets me.

True, withdrawals are the number one issue at many online casinos. But even with a verified account and no bonuses, you can still run into delays or unexplained blocks. That shows it’s not only about the player — it’s also about how reliable the platform is. A fair site doesn’t make withdrawals a problem, period.

I get you. I also try to stay calm, but when support shows an irresponsible attitude, it’s hard not to get upset. In the end, proper communication and respect for players should be the basics, not something optional.

I'm annoyed by withdrawal problems, verification problems, support problems, App crashes, problems that occur during gameplay. There are many things that annoy me but I try not to think about them and not let them ruin my life.

what bothered me most was when Everygame ( renamed from Revolution Network , one of the oldest online sportsbooks and poker sites ) closed all poker action to offer only sportsbetting and casino play .
