Do you believe you can improve your luck or affect gambling outcomes by thinking positive and willing the outcome you want?

I truly believe in the power of positive (or negative) thinking. Life has proven to me that there are only advantages to associating thoughts with kindness, solidarity, and love. And even if it doesn't bring me good luck in games and betting, it will certainly make me a better person!

Positive attitude and belief helps a lot for sure. Placebo sometimes work similar to medicines.

I think that doing positive self talk may make you "feel" lucky even if the actual results tell a different story.
But in other situations (where we can actually affect the end result with our own actions) positive mindset can truly help.

I think it is entirely possible to improve your luck and results if you constantly hone your skills, analyse your game, and treat poker as a professional activity.

I eat yoghurt with rolls. Sometimes it helps. Try it. But the rolls must have poppy seeds, that's essential.

You can always improve when you gather experiences and translate them to knowledge. You must always think positively and willing your targets!

No amount of skill will help against the river.

"No, positive thinking and willpower cannot influence the outcome of gambling; the only predictable result in gambling is that the 'casino' always has a mathematical advantage in the long run."

Have you tried calling out for the card you want? The Universe will deliver,😄 (Don't think or say which card(s) you don't want to see).

Not sure how well this works on the roulette table😜

No . That sounds silly to me . But I try yo find ways to manipulate rng , maybe it can't be done , maybe it's in my imagination , but that makes the game more interesting . To [think that by following specific betting pattern I might find the right combo and win . On slots I do it when the manual spin stop is permitted.

No, the house has the edge, all you can do is make the best plays possible, and stay within your gambling budget.

Healthy and sound regular sleep has a positive effect on my mood and well-being. I have noticed that when I play in a good mood, luck is more favourable to me. And if I play when I am tired, in my case, there is no point in hoping for luck.

The less I think about winning, about money, and about winning, the luckier I am. If I play freely and don't play too tight, I usually get a good result. If I play too carefully, I rarely get anything.

I do believe a positive attitude can help you stay calm, stay focused and make better decisions, but I am not convinced it has any direct impact on luck or gambling outcomes. Gambling, whether its poker or casino games, relies more on skill, strategy and probability than on simply thinking positively. Luck is unpredictable and no amount of positive thinking is going to change that in the short term. However, I do think the Law of Attraction can play a role in attracting opportunities or shifting your mindset, which could help you make smarter choices or even improve your game overall. But its definitely not going to guarantee that the dice will fall in your favor every time. It is more about how you approach situations than controlling the randomness of luck.

Yes, we are a psychology, living in an emergent PSYOP this impacts outcomes. This does not imply magical thinking.

I think yes, because your decison making depends on your mood, and if your mood is more positive than negative, you can make better calls (or folds). If you think, that you want to get to the final table and that you can do it, you play more motivated than playing in fear that you might not get there. No fear - but respect. No arrogance - but intelligence.

Positive thinking always help in better outcome in poker . If your mood then your day will be good . Don't play poker when you are filled with negative thinking it will affect your poker gameplay

I was thinking magically, like calling for a river card (and getting it), or willing the roulette ball to land on your number.

If positive thinking could change gambling outcomes, I'd be playing from my private yacht instead of my laptop… But honestly, positive thinking only helps improve your mood — the table doesn’t listen to our wishes!

I say yes and just about anyone who has ever taken a MINDSET course. The way I manifest my be deferant then others so I don't put any negitivity out in the universe.(when i'm playing poker or meditating.) and i try to visulise a winning poker player.

Absolutely yes, but let's not forget about the work you have to do.

I always say Luck is the residue of design - which is a clever way of saying you make your own luck!

Yes, I believe that. But positive thinking doesn't just help in poker, it makes life easier
