I like both of these hands for starters. However, lately when I have been playing with both of these hands they both have lost me a lot of chips...what's yhat about?

Wow can I relate.
I have gone through phases when I almost dread playing these two hole cards.
I think that slow playing is the answer, then I am wrong...put in a 3xbig blind raise...then I'm wrong again.
Keep on going, like myself you will eventually get a good run, just in time to confuse you again.

With AA the other guy KK is great. Normal hand you get a lot of chips, almost all the time. This guy only remembered the time he losted. Like most of people does.
Try to remember the hands you won with AA or KK !

I actually have had more luck with KK than with AA. Somehow I get beat with AA more often than with KK.

Pocket aces deliver a unique feeling but can be hard to give up under certain circumstances. Kings are nice but not as nice as aces.

Most of the time I have AA pair in hand, it seems like KK pair to mess up your game and overshadow the Ace's luck.

I love pocket pairs especially Aces and Kings, obvs prefer Aces but usually feel more confident with Kings

I prefer AA is the best in all aspects, and the only consequence it has is the pain it generates when it is lost with that hand, it can take you from heaven to hell in a second, but the truth is that it keeps us in heaven longer many times

AA is the biggest pair in person per so that being said I go with AA, but have nothing to do with favourite cards, at least not to a serious table, but I do understand if the game is between friends - as a hobby game.

With aces and kings I would always call an all in preflop. With AA, KK, QQ and AK, I would always 3-bet preflop if an opponent raised in front of me. If my opponent then goes all in, I would fold QQ and AK while I would call with AA and KK. Against every other pair you are 80:20 ahead. You won't find a better opportunity to earn money in poker. Of course you may run into aces with pocket kings but I would take this risk because your opponent could have just easilyAK, QQ or JJ. You are the favorite against these hands. And if you give your opponent JJ +, AK then you are still favorite against this hand range.

my heart sinks when i see either AA or KK as my hole cards if i had to choose then of course AA, Much rather see AK suited or even KQ sometimes depending how im running that day
