The odds are 81.3%(AA) against 18.7%(KK). This is approximately, because i don´t know the suit of your AA and his KK, so the runner flush could vary that percentages (but not so much, like 1%). You can calculate the odds here

Odds are relative to suits whether you have the same or different suits as the AA with the KK but it is about 4 to 1 in favor of the aces

I really don't understand when people say they would rather play KK than AA because there has been so many bad beats with AA!! AA is a better hand!! Why wouldn't you want it?? If you play AA slowly, then you give the other players more of a chance to hit something, and that is my reasoning behind so many bad beats...I have played many online hands with AA and won, just gotta try to play it right!! But the percentages are probably correct here, meaning most likely for each bad beat you read about, there was 4 winners with AA!!

AA verse KK is a domination. You're at about a 4-to-1 advantage.

An interesting fact:
If you have AA, you would rather go up against a KK than a 77.
The odds of hitting a set are the same, but with the 7's more straight oppurtunities are open:
3-4-5-6-7 all the way through to 7-8-9-10-J.
Aces against any hand is at least a 4:1 favorite PREFLOP!!!
