I've already lost money that I needed from my bankroll playing drunk. Currently, I hardly drink alcohol due to health problems. I miss the false joy that alcohol gives me. I'm going to undergo a shamanic treatment based on super plants to restore my health and be able to have my drinking sessions, of course, outside of poker hours.

It's great to play against drunk opponents, the danger is that they say drunk people have a lot of luck.

Always be wary of a drunkard, they seem to have abnormal luck most of the time, anyways alcohol is just overated,been clean for a few years and I will never touch that bottle again and I wasn't addicted or anything

Alcohol slows down thought processes. It is more difficult to quickly count outs, a little pot (pot odds), and assess the range of opponents.VNagy333 said:

That's why the flag information is important. Even just to know what time zone the guy is playing in. If it's 10 pm here for me, that would be like 3 am in most of Europe. For example, Germany and England, two countries with high beer consumption, and the guy is playing at 3 am. With all due respect, a German or Englishman at 3 am is drunk.

It was only 1 time when I was playing totally drunk and won like 30-40 bucks and on the next day I thought that it's pure luck and good lesson for me to don't play drinking.

if ur playing for fun with friends , then yea , but playing tourneys and big stacks and buy ins , you probably gonna all in pre flop and lose under any infeluence

I'm against alcohol at the poker table. Even a small amount of alcohol alters your perception and judgment of a situation, and naturally, this leads to problems, although it's possible to win with a little excitement.🍺🍺🍺🤣

More courageous Yes, but stupider for sure. Yes we lost and I think there are many of us. I want to specify that I am not against alcohol but there are limits as with anything, it all depends on what we are made of and how much we are aware of. Everything in its place and time. Since I play from the morning until late in the evening, I don't drink a single drop of alcohol; back when I used to go to the casino, I would have a few drinks, but just to pass the time.

Yes when drinking i would not play completely crazy or anything but i would take the most aggressive option almost 100% of the time and have next to no balance

But in real poker environments, what you’re describing is very real: alcohol often leads to looser, more aggressive, lower-quality decisions.

To play with friends is ok, it make you loose a little and more aggressive, but also can affect your capacity and you play poorly.
