Alcohol while playing?

I try not to drink alcohol. But I love beer. And when I play poker, I can drink 1.5-2 liters of beer for 2-3 hours. I believe that in such amounts of alcohol does not affect my reaction and my brain. But that's my personal opinion.

If you want to play for fun then you can drink alcohol. If this is what you earn at least some money, you have to apply it with respect. Alcohol interferes with concentration.

When I play with friends for fun I can drink. But if I want to play well and make good decisions I dont drink.

a drink can be ok for mood....a few drinks can be a train wreck if you get in a bad mood. poker is a lot about focus and temper....alchohol does not help those things.

While playing poker you should always clear your mind. And Alcohol it is a such thing, which can't help you in it. May be I have a prejudice( as I'm against any Alcohol), but it is my own opinion.
