Go out for a walk and fresh air for half an hour, come home, bath and chill out on the sofa. Maybe watch a wee comedy movie.

If it's really long session , nothing can relax me , not movies??, not music , not tv , not beer/ alcohol , only a really good sleep/nap nowadays , I guess I get older . (well, weed maybe could do sth , but cannot do for some reason

Move to Maine for several years we have had legal medical use of marijuana and you didn't need much wrong to get your card. As of 11/8/16 we voted it in for recreational use. Mount Katahdin HIGH!!!!

I have just come to an end all tournaments mostly at midnight. So I just go to bed. and if I play that day, rarely, the fatigue is not chustvuju. It is not physical labor, to rest. I sit down to play on the contrary to take a break from business.

I play poker in order to relax and take my mind off of other things.

But after a long tourney, I get away from all screens. Usually turn on the radio and cook or bake something, read a comic book, or do some outside chores for a bit to get some fresh air and get the blood moving around again.
