The ideal is to take advantage of this moment to do absolutely nothing. Sit or lie down and just enjoy the moment to let your body and mind recover. Slow down thoughts - keep worries, tasks, and problems away for a while. Also worth taking the time to do a run, stretch or exercise in a park close to home. Also worth listening to some music.

Nobody can tell you how you best relax, thats something you have to figure out yourself.
