For me, after grinding, especially for a long time. I need to get the blood flow going again. Anything outside if the weather's nice.

After a good poker game I go out for a walk to dispel thoughts from poker, after a walk I relax on the bed with my wife watching TV or something else you can relax the massage

Heavy physical work, or gym. Specifically, my opinion is that the brain needs to be given a rest, and since you can hardly fall asleep immediately, as well as relax to watch the film, the muscular load will give the necessary relaxation.

The best way to relax after hard game is just to listen some relaxing music. That can helps a lot.
