When you do poorly at the tables, hands came out good but you couldn't play the way you wanted do you feel bad, or is a bad day just a bad day and you prepare for the next day?

Yes, that's exactly what I do. I try to remember my mistakes and think that the next day will be better and I will not make such mistakes again.

If I know I am playing correctly and everything is still getting beat, I just take a break and do something else. Otherwise, I get frustrated and don't play as well.

I literally don't care anymore, bad or good day. I play for fun whatever is the outcome I don't get mad like I used to, It's just not worth it just gamble with what you could afford to lose.
if you get so angry playing it means that you're playing with money you can't afford to lose.

Sometimes the best thin you can do is take your time to something not related to poker, rest a little without playing and if you come back to play and happens the same it is because you neeed some more time. regards.

Running bad sux, but playing bad is even worse. When it seems I've exhausted my wits and nothing falls into it's "normal" place I go take a nice dab-hit, collect my thoughts, then go and play another version of poker like PLO-8 or just plain PLO. It can be, quite, liberating to find yourself winning in another poker variant. Stud games are fun, as well. It's a limit game and easier to control the pot. Go get 'em and good luck.

Sometimes it happens and it is directly related to your well-being, that is, it happens when you have not slept well or, for example, are very tired and sat down to play !!! Also, very low or very high atmospheric pressure can influence your bad decisions if your body is sensitive to it !!!

Today I lost 6 all in with at cash games. had flush he bet big i shoved he called two pairs and of course hit on river, give him full house, lost with 44 vs KK, I lead turn small and he shoved and of course he hit the K on river. I lost like 60$ but I don t fell tilt cuz I know i played well. Every time I went all in i had more than 90% so it was just a bad day. I lost with AK vs AK but that was standard, doesn't count.

yes, it happens, six is not six, I don't remember how many times in a row I had, I hope you just closed the game client and did not continue further

Some pros go on break it helps. I take a one day break but some people take a year so it’s up to you.

I had a bad day two days ago so I decided not to play, I totally forgot about poker and haven't played in two days. I'm returning today. I hope today I don't lose such absurd hands. Hehehe

Sometimes I've been playing for over 30 minutes and still haven't received a good hand. It can be triggering but playing poker is also about being able to play hands that are not the best. And If you have a losing streak,sometimes it is better to just quit playing.

You have to recognize when it is a bad day or not going your way, or you simply do not feel up to par. Take a break and come back when you feel optimum.
