on those occasions when it goes wrong but the hands were good, I just think about the mistake I made, I go back to analyze the play and thus correct it for the future, it is a very good exercise to do it to improve day by day my way of planning strategies every move that I have to make

Poker is a difficult profession that requires a rather complex combination of intellectual and emotional skills. Not everyone can master poker to the extent that they start winning consistently. An analysis of large arrays of statistics shows that about 60-65% of all players in poker rooms play in the red. in any sufficiently large group of people, there will always be a regular drunk player who never took lessons, who started winning as soon as he learned the rules, and continues to win like an automaton. There are two options here: either he was lucky with some other qualities (maybe he unconsciously reads his opponents brilliantly, or that game strategy that is naturally natural for him is ideal against the field at the current moment) or he ... just lucky. And everyone has bad days.

I try to identify my mistakes at the tables and go to distract myself from poker while waiting for the next day... I don't spend a lot of time at the poker room - I noticed that 2-3 hours of play is better for me

if i can feel and see that the day isn't going great i cut the session short and just take a 2 day break and then try to play again after the break, sometimes even after a good winning streak i can take a few days off just to get some energy back.

I'm taking a break. I have an effective bankroll management system thanks to which I have good results on the distance. Everyone has bad days, but following the bankroll management system means there is no reason to worry.

Good afternoonWhen I´m in those bsd days and lost some money, what I do is stop losing more money and start playing more freerolls. After some earnings in those games I feel better and the frustration I had disappears.Happily, there are many freerolls to play everywhere.

If you play it right. According to the basic canons of poker, it will still be a plus at a long distance. So don't be upset about one bad day. We must continue to play calmly.

We have our days when nothing goes right for us, but hey, I stop playing that time and try it the next day.

Well, I think everybody feels at least a little bad after a bad day. Especially if mistakes were made. But, you sleep it off and then play the next day. After a while you just learn to accept bad days and that you are going to make mistakes. You are just trying to minimize them.

Sometimes there are only bad days, the cards come but you are scattered, the important thing is to remember to take a break if this happens too often.

If you have a bad day you should stop, maybe you can continue playing tomorrow. If you play a hand well and get busted, there's nothing you can do. You'll win the next day, unfortunately that's how it works. It's the only thing you can trust, which is why they say patience is the greatest virtue in poker.

Everyone has good and bad days. When you see it going wrong, you just take a break. And how long it depends on you and how much time you need to restart.

no, I think we feel when we played poorly and we have to admit it and solve this problem. I know when I play poorly and I solve it right away

I think on a bad day you should not sit down to play, because according to my practice, it will only be a minus, it would be better to rest, sleep well and play after.

Bad days will happen way more often than good days. You need to have good discipline, good bankroll management, keep your emotions in check. Some will continue to play, believing luck will change, you get frustrated and start to chase loses, which means you will not be playing your best game and more mistakes are made. Take a break, go for a walk, enjoy nature, focus your thoughts elsewhere. Then come back nice and fresh.

Sometimes it happens and it is directly related to your well-being, that is, it happens when you have not slept well or, for example, you are very tired or you do not eat well, it can also be another factor.

:)6 out of 7 days would be bad... grinding solves it 2-3K+ hands/day

i even prefer a bad start instead of good ones, if it starts good, very rarely ends well - for me...
