Hello to the whole community! I never manage to organize my bankroll, the situations at the game table when I lose a well-played and hard-earned hand to a player who won with a badly played hand, I go to the extreme of nervousness and then I don't respect anything anymore, I always get 0.

I advise you to read books on the psychology of poker by Jared Tandler. And also the book "Poker Mindset", I don't remember exactly who the author is, but the book is very famous.

I do not know how much you play poker, but over time, many players do not fall into a tilt after similarly played hands, you need to develop the game and bend your line, because if you play well, similar situations will occur, but rarely, plus no one canceled downstreaks, no matter how banal it sounds, but this part of the game

Especially as a beginner, you are rarely immune from throwing your nerves away after a BadBeat and using force to throw the rest of the chips into the round in the hope of winning.
It is important to learn that this just happens and that you always have an advantage over these opponents in the long term. With a program like PT4, you can understand this player for player and also understand and eradicate your own leaks. There is nothing better in the long term than calling stations that pay for the draws over and over again until the bitter end and, in the end, leave them to one stack by stack.;)

If you want to win harder that you should, you will lose. Just relax, think about tilt as a part of the game and learn. Be patience...

Play freerolls till you get use to the swings, there the loss wont affect you so much.
when you play for your own money, be aware of your bankroll and learn to play inside, its limits.

Poker should be fun, not a pain.

In my opinion bankroll management is also a skill when playing poker. If you play for exampel with 100 buy ins at your limit, a suckout will have far less psyschological effect than if you only have 20 buy ins.
Also, you have to accept that there is variance in poker; you can't change that.
That's why you earn your Slansky bucks. ;)

When you have been defeated and you have a lot of anger, it is better to close poker and not play for a while until your thoughts return to normal. Believe it will get better

Hello, Everybody! Bankroll and Tilt?!. I think, Bankroll and Tilt in Poker are linked on directly: by my opinion, than more Tilt,
so Bankroll is becoming less... But this is only my private opinion!

Once you play enough and lose enough to those "perceived" well played hands then you get to spot headache hands and what to do to avoid them or at least limit the damage.

Only problem is, most folks go broke or give up out of frustration before reaching that point.

Controlling tilt is very hard especially for us amateurs.
I think a solution could be that after a bad beat, get up from the computer, go take a cigarette/walk/music, whatever... for a few minutes

Is very hard to control your emotions and you tryhard too much. Keep things light... if you paid a hand right the victory will come.

There are those who say that poker is a sport of the mind, and therefore, as many have said, it would be better for you to seek help from qualified professionals to guide you in terms of self-control. It's also important that you wait for a while to play, so that it doesn't impact you, because, as you said, it's out of control. In poker you will have to deal with these situations. Even the best losing players end up getting involved in better decision situations and still not succeeding.

Poker is not a sprint, but a marathon. A skill that many poker players struggle to master is knowing when to end a losing session. If you have the money, there is always another game to play. A crucial poker strategy for long-term success is managing your bankroll. It's crucial to keep in mind that tilt happens frequently in poker and affects all players eventually. Players can enhance their performance and overall success in tournaments by identifying and minimizing tilt. Exercises that improve breathing can assist the player establish focus by lowering stress and anxiety. Reframing the circumstance and regaining control can be accomplished by considering the causes of tilting and how it affects the player's performance.

tú what I do is turn off the computer when I have had a bad beat until your head cools down, when it is a bad beat it is easier to assimilate it

''The 'stupid' will still dominate the world, not because of their abilities, but because there are so many of them.''

That said, adapt to them. Some people don't play poker and we can't do anything about it.
Plus it's all in the mind. Poker is as much a game of patience as it is of the mind.

Good luck at the tables|!

friend, if you have to calm down and control, I think they end up being basic premises of poker.
without patience it is very difficult to evolve in poker.

The classics say that if those are the effects of losing a hand, you're playing too high.

And poker is overall a long term game, if you're gonna let yourself being affected by short-term results like that, you won't win money and by looks of it, won't enjoy the game either.

We just need to remember that we are human beings and we have emotions. But if you learn to control them, it will be beneficial. I've been knocked out of the tournament many times only under the influence of emotions)

It is true that there are many situations in which you play correctly and lose, you lose against some who had minimal chances of success and yet it happens often lately, it is frustrating, as if the game is against you....we have to be optimistic and we go through these weird games sometimes

advice from someone who has zeroed out a few times due to tilt, when you feel nervous and anxious while playing, better stop the session for the moment, and come back to play when you are calm and preferably after 1 day, because you will zero your bankroll to continue playing on the same day. (cash games)
