Dont think jabe better day to take day off but when i dont want to play i take break .......the weeek end its better day to play and aat the same time its more familly day

If poker is your main activity, you can take a day off any day! For example, I don't have a clear poker schedule, I want to play especially when I'm doing well. The only exception when you can't take a day off is pre-scheduled tournaments for the evening, for me, but how are you?

I agree with many people in taking Monday and Tuesday to rest from poker, since weekends are when the special tournaments with bigger prizes are held. It also depends on the rooms where it is being played.

Good morning everyone, this depends on each player, for me the best day to stop playing is Tuesday.
I play at micro limits and freerolls help me a lot to increase my bankroll and Tuesday is a day when I have less free to play, while the best days for free are Saturday and Sunday.
Of course, there are players who prefer to take the day off on Saturday or Sunday, that depends on each player.

From my point of view, the hardest day in poker is Sunday but the guarantees are higher and then it's worth playing after that is Saturday and from my point of view it's the perfect day to take a break

The 2 best days to play poker are Saturday and Sunday when it comes too MTT's. Thursday(most peoples pay day) and Friday's can't be terrible days to play either. Good days off too me would be Monday's-Wednesday's if one has the luxury of choosing when to play. I personally don't. I have to play whenever I get the chance and time allows.

It is unpredictable that a person has a good day, because that matters, and it is not enough. It is impossible to know in advance when a person will have a good day.
In terms of the number of competitions, weekend days are clearly the best, because that's when the really big competitions take place. Another issue is that for the majority of people, only the weekend can be enough for everything else.

It totally depends on your personal routine. There can not be universal rule. Most successful players play 3-4 days a week.
