play until you have at least one chip you can win even when everyone thinks you've already lost

The one coming to my mind from a video series somewhere is "Someday, you will run worse than you could even imagine". Nice to know in advance I guess.

The best advice I can give is, don't get carried away by emotion, it will directly interfere with your way of playing and make you make the worst decisions

Play always with the advantage of position,
play against one player.
win some triple allin (mtt)
play to win

Playing the good hands it's easy, learn how to play the other hands that aren't so good will make the difference because most of the time you won't get premium hands

If you are out in the tournament late at night, do not start another one. Better on the second day. sleep

Best poker advice I've ever been given? maybe don't play poker for the last bit of money you need for something more important

The most important thing is to find a way not to lose and winning comes later
