How do u know how many post u made?. It's 25+ and 75 to get higher in the club is that correct?

Hi everyone, just a question, i can never find the freeroll passwrod for cardchat on pokerstars, where are they posted and am i eligable or do i have to be a full member to get it? or can anyone share it with me?
