Cash games or tournament and why?

I only played cash games heads up for a while, or when I had to pay a lot of rake in a room.
I prefer to play tournaments and Hyperhu SNGs.

I choose tournaments because it is less stressful. Cash games are quick to win, but also quick to lose. This makes me nervous. In tournaments, the definition of winnings or losses happens gradually.

I prefer cash games for the steady structure and ability to leave anytime. Tournaments are exciting but more variance-heavy and less predictable.
