Cashing out on sites from freeroll winnings

I've read a great blog on this site before in regards to trying to cash out on most sites with freeroll winnings. It was very informative, saved me alot of hassle (along with wasted time and effort).
I noticed some asking questions about this again today and was wondering where that post was (is?). Sure was alot of help for me.

Some sites give you no strings attached to free deposit bonuses and freerolls, while others make you jump through a stupid amount of hoops to try and ever withdraw that money. You are better off emailing support before you choose to play freerolls at a particular site if you want access to those funds.
