The coffee and soda should be free in the poker room. No beer though. Not even 1/2 a light beer. People are watching and they will try to mess with your head. You don't want to give anybody a reason to penalize you. It's okay to drink alcohol when you are playing online but it might you feel a little drowsy. I'll drink Sprite when I'm playing live though.

After my morning coffee I go for tea on tables get less stressed keep the focus with theine and still good to drink even if it get cold not as coffee

I drink coffee pretty much all day long. I have noticed when I play live, after about 2 or 3 cups of coffee I do switch to water, for whatever that is worth????
