After my morning coffee I go for tea. The teine keeps me focus and u don't get stressed as caffeine can do to you plus tea still delicious even when it get cold

I do not drink tea and coffee, my body does not tolerate these drinks. I mostly drink water.
And mostly smoking calms me down. But maybe I was deceived and smoking is a habit.

No to both of them, I'm a Dr. Pepper person. With the Meds I'm on, I need syrup for dry mouth. Was in the Navy and still didn't like coffee.
