If you need to stay awake yeah coffee or tea but caffeine will make you crash this can be detrimental in a tournament and it can affect decision making. I like OJ

I drink 40-80 oz of coffee a day most days and for some reason I cant stand hot tea. Ill chug unsweet Ice tea tho lol

In the morning and in the afternoon I prefer coffee. In the evening I like to drink tea. Although in general I play poker more often in the evenings, so I usually drink tea while playing.

I am a coffee freak! Having (another) one, right now.

Sure doesn't keep me calm, but the caffeine sure keeps me alert.

It also keeps me in the bathroom....lol.

Water would be the more intelligent choice, but I don't fall into that category.

In my case I would be alternating between both my coffee would have to be dark wit a little chocolate for the night and in the morning a nice tea for sure
