Neither. To be honest I dont undestand why cofein is considered as stimulant so much. For me I enjoy some cofee, but no affects first and with bigger ammount I get more tired then stimulated.

I prefer to drink tea, since I've never been the coffee drinker, I find a delicious tea relaxes me a lot more

When we drink tea, we want to be more calm. I am very calm, I don’t need more for play poker.
