I do not like coffee so i prefer tea. Green and black tea also have caffeine in them (in case of black tea similar amount to coffee) but it is released more gradually. Tea do not have so pronounced wakeup effect as coffee but it makes you fresh for longer times which is another reason for me to like it especially for long tournaments.

I used to be a caffeine junkie. lol.
