Once I noticed that after coffee, plaque began to form on my teeth. After visiting a paid dental clinic, I stopped drinking coffee altogether. But i like hot chocolate with milk very much ^^

opinion

I always choose tea because it is so high in antioxidants. There are not many of them in coffee. Coffee only tires the heart, and tea gives life.

In fact what I prefer most when playing poker is beer. hehe
But in long tournaments I prefer to drink juice.
I don't usually drink coffee or tea.

While you are probably correct, I could give up all forms of tea but NEVER give up coffee

Definitely coffee. I started roasting my own coffee about a year ago. Freshly roasted coffee is so smooth and not bitter at all. Problem is now I can't drink 95% of the coffee that's being served out there.

Tea. Especially as you said what makes you calmer, tea all the way.

If I wanted an energy buzz I'd vote for an energy drink called Tenzing. Very natural and clean compared to Monster and Red Bull etc, would highly recommend.

Definitely tea. Coffee makes me more nervous and impatient and I do anything with any hand. He keeps me more relaxed and lowers my anxiety. So if you get nervous and anxious, my advice is good linden tea or something that will calm you down. Because calm and knowing how to think is what it takes to play good poker ...
