no estimate I very personally don't believe in luck I believe in statistics or probabilities I think that if you enter a tournament being an average player you will hit the bubble 12% of the time when you pick good cards.

You can call it luck but in the end it a number that gives us not precise but approximation, atleast we have some so we can act accordingly and not blindly doing anything in poker.

You can be the best player in a large field and it still won't matter if you don't find a little bit of luck somewhere in the tournament.

The most skilled player can be taken out at any point by the sheer number of land mines that await in a long tournament grind.

Yes I do believe in luck. I just wish when my luck is down, that I would learn to just walk away and try again another day. For some reason, when I'm not having a good day, I seem to think playing another round will change my luck for the better. Hasn't been the case yet but maybe one day...
