Do you come from a gambling family?

Nobody in my family plays poker. My relatives think playing poker is a waste of time and throwing money away. But I don't even care about them and every now and then I make some money from poker games.

I am the only person in the family who plays poker, the rest of the family don't even know the rules of poker! My family is generally negative about all gambling! Good luck at the tables!

No one in my family have ever been into a casino. The last time they played the national lottery was ages ago. So I don't really come from such a family. Yes, but they use to gamble just for gamble, when I decided to gamble I choose one game to be as best as I could be.

There was always a game going when I was little just not poker. I call myself I gambler not a poker player because I will play any two cards, call with them and raise with them when I feel like it. No strategy what so ever

Yes, my father was (like most fathers back in the 80's in th U.K) never out of the pub & bookies. Usually betting on horse racing and dog racing.

I am actually the only one in my family.
For my parents it's nothing tangible.
Especially online they don't trust it and think there are more meaningful leisure activities.
With time they have learned to accept it and realized that poker is not just pure gambling.

The only parallel is maybe the day trading of my father, completely without luck that probably does also not work

Nope not really, I know some like to gamble but no one as much h as I do comes to mind. I definitely didn't learn gambling from family either I fell in love the first time and will always love gambling. When I was in my early 20's it was a problem but after a few years I was able to fix that and really Hone in on poker only and sometimes roulette !!!!

I'm the only one in the family that plays poker, I tried to teach my brothers how to play but they find two card poker too boring, so I gave up teaching. Good luck to everyone at the tables.
