Drink when I play live at casino to help me relax. I don't drink when I play online because I'm multi tabling and need to focus more.

It’s depends on the situation, like if it’s high stakes cash games or tournaments i don’t like to drink because you loose concentratio. But when i play low stakes cash games or tournaments or freerolls i like to drink some beer but just enough to relaz a little while playing

Maybe a beer or two lol, already learned my lesson with drinking and poker.. Had a long heads up match against a total fish in a billiards room and was doing well until I got into the scotch. Woke up the next day having barely remembered playing, with no cash left in my wallet.

I might have 1-2 beers occasionally, but I never get drunk at the table. I do know people who get hammered. While I have no issue with it I wonder why at times. To each their own.

Several times I drank alcohol when I played live, because of this I lost concentration and began to play loose-aggressive. Most of all I like to play sober, thanks to this I completely control the game. In order to be fully focused on the game, I need to feel good, have a good night's sleep and that neither one nor anything distracted me. When some extraneous sounds interfere, I turn on my favorite music and it adds me even more energy to play.
