Mostly I don’t drink alcohol. I do not drink not only during the game, but I do not drink at all. There was a time when I did not drink alcohol for more than 8 years in a row, and now, if I drink, I try not to play at all.

it all depends on the tournament in which I play for high stakes I don't use alcohol but sometimes with small freerols I like to drink a beer. I hate smoking poker

Strongly negative attitude to alcohol during the game, it does not matter which is online or offline. I noticed that I often play poorly and minus from this. Sometimes I can afford a glass of beer or wine, but no more. And only when the tournament is not serious or we play small things with friends. And I do not advise you, because often when making some small doses of alcohol, you often want more and more and more.

I mean if i play with my friends for a little fun, why not having some drinks. But if i play live or online and wanna win something then i never drink ^^ I need all of my mind, because im not a pro yet ^^

I think if you feel more comfortable drinking a drink, that's fine ... But never let it take your concentration. Besides, alcohol is never good! I consume 1 or 2 times a week, moderately.

I happen to have a drink when I'm very angry against my playing or when I'm angry because I have a lot of bad beats, it allows me to relax, and to be more enthusiastic

Since it affects my decision making, I don´t. In rare cases people get productive with this so I don´t advise it as well.

I myself do on occasion. I play with a bunch of guys through the winter & We all have a few bebeverages. This is the only time I drink alcohol when I play poker. I think it slowly screams your game up....after 4th drink LOL!!

I used to drink when I played a lot. I also used to play games like roulette and craps lol ... kind of the same thing to me what it came down to was having fun or trying to accomplish something. A drink was fine if your gambling was just for amusement .. trying to finish well or win a tournament ... it's not, to me at least, and that is the distinction I make .. if you are having fun ..ie. paying for entertainment ... concert, sporting event, poker game, whatever, then whatever you pay for is part of the entertainment, and this is how it relates to poker for me ... I do believe it impairs your ability to do much of anything in short order and only gets worse, the more you drink, and if you are trying to do something, anything well, then I think you need to leave the drinking for a more appropriate time.
