Sometimes i play with beer. I do not consider beer to be an alcoholic drink, because no matter how much i drink, i remain completely sober. And if you drink a glass of vodka, you already feel intoxication )))

There can be no single answer to this question. It all depends on the mood, the duration of the game, the level of bets, the company, etc. But I am not against this.

As I usually play tournaments and that translates to long hours, I usually drink mate!

I always have a bottle of fresh water.

Usually in the evening after dinner I can drink a can of beer

This is the winning strategy! If you're going to drink, make sure you don't drink enough to damage your calculation abilities. The best drink is water. Studies show that dehydration can impair your cognitive abilities, so having a bottle nearby is good form.

Also, if you want to drink heavily and gamble, then play some freerolls

That's what they're there for haha.

Maybe 1 or 2 at the most. I’ve seen way too many guys at the cash game spew money because they’re drunk or “buzzed”. If you need a couple to settle down it’s whatever if it affects your game I’d stay away from it.

I like to drink 1-3 beers fairly quickly when at a new playing location or one where people are not familiar with me at the table - Not to get brave but to make them think I'm a recreational player - It works surprisingly well haha

I guess you should be making a difference between seriously ppaying to win and casually donking around a bit. Drinkikg will influence your game at a certain point so you shouldnt be playing the top of your bankroll in that casses i d say.
