Yes , and something unusual always seems to happen .Missing cards , strange situations , different table structure . Its not like a normal game in a casino .

It happened, but only in isolated cases. I practically don't dream about the game itself, but I do have nightmares about my bankroll being wiped out. These are more like snapshots than narrative dreams.

Not that I remember. Poker has always been something fun that I’ve spent time on, but not to the point of dreaming about it 🙂. You usually forget your dreams pretty quickly anyway, so maybe I have, I just don’t remember.

Sometimes I can hear the sound that goes off when you're supposed to act. I hear it so often from stalling in satellites it's fried into my brain.
