The little pubs and bars around here have holdem tourneys sometimes. I have never played, but iIthink its for charity, and you play for a pool. The casinos have poker of course..

No Since for a few years now, the government has only issued the license for this to the Casino Org. The tournaments that are offered there are only for gamblers and super turbo specialists.

I live in Minsk and there are several places where you can play poker live. It was said that one of the clubs even has some kind of freerolls. Unfortunately, I have not visited these places myself.

There are no clubs in my city, there are only underground poker games. Nor do casinos organize too many Poker championships, there is only one league where at least 6 dates are played spread across the country (As far as I know).

in any big city or country there are such clubs, they are in casinos and there are always a lot of people there. Sometimes you have to pay to enter such reputable places and sometimes there are medium-sized places where admission is free in Kazakhstan there are such places

In Vienna there are some games who aren't turbo structure though. .but rarely any guaranteed prizepools.
I miss the CCC and Montesino 😓

Actually yes. There's a room in Woodway, TX. It's virtually in Waco but it's not the best, imo. It's like amateur hour in there compared to other rooms in the state. I usually go to Austin or Georgetown. If you go to Poker Atlas you'll find some of the best rooms in the country located in Texas, mainly because the tables aren't capped and there's no rake. There are also regional events that last for a week or two w/tournament prize guarantees ranging from 5 to 7 figures... SWEEET! 🤑
The next events on the calendar are at TX Card House in Houston and at The Fort Card Room in Ft. Worth. The action can get wild and surly but that's Texas poker.

No, in my city there are no clubs that organize poker tournaments.
It may be that there is something clandestine, I really don't know.
In the Casinos of Rosario - Santa Fe, Santa Rosa - La Pampa and Neuquen poker tournaments are played.
There is a national league, also in Buenos Aires in the Puerto Madero casino there are tournaments, cass tables and SnG.
I live in Argentina in case I hadn't told you.

In my city is not allowed the casino, but it's not prohibited to play poker, so you can play with your friends or organize poker tournaments

We have some private ones in the area, but the other club closed down a few years back when they opened up a casino in the area. We were better off without the casino and better with the club.

The good old times. We had a great poker room where a 30 euro tournament took place every evening.

Yes, I remember my first tournament at Montesino about 12 years ago.
It was only 5€ to enter , with rebuy 10€ and addon option for 25€
I managed to reach ITM without rebuy or addon. good times
