Several obviously wrong decisions in a row clearly hint - tilt has arrived.
Usually recommended to stop the session and give time to calm down and rest. In general, with experience and understanding of the game, emotions become less.

I think it repeats itself so much within this game, that it's a good thing that today it has lost much of its intensity.

When I realize that I'm making the wrong decision, but I'm making it anyway, it means I'm in a tilt. Ideally, it is better to turn off all tournaments for 20 minutes, distract yourself, recover a little, and then continue the game. But you can try to close your eyes and take 3-5 deep breaths, without thinking about anything, it also helps.

The only thing I know how to do when I'm tilting is losing the tournament. I still haven't learned how to avoid it, well, one day I'll be able to control my emotions, meanwhile I'll pay the tilt hahaha

I am untiltable. Only thing that bothers me is the constant "expert" conversations on the table at live games. But most of the time I just laugh inside.

Oh, yes, I can definitely realize that I’m on tilt, but it’s rare to be able to let go of this feeling, closing the tables is not an option because I play MTT, and I have to finish the session with sadness in my heart and wild aggression at the tables. In most of these situations, everything ends extremely sadly, but this happens once or twice a month.

Nobody can avoid tilt...they can only learn to deal with it.

Not sure laughing to yourself is a successful coping strategy...slightly unhinged tbh and counter productive.

Yes.

I ask myself, "What are you upset about?"

If I am upset that I played a hand incorrectly, good! I know what I need to do to improve.

If I am upset that I got unlucky, good! I'm playing well and don't have to change a thing.

Telling when I am in full tilt mode is not hard. The best thing to do is stop playing. I also like to do some kind of sports or anything where I can be active.

But the toughest task to me is to notice how close or susceptible to tilting I currently am.

Yes, I do know when I'm on tilt. I start to make bad plays, call with cards that I usually don't play and start to play in higher limits than my regular limits.

An example:

When I lose ALL in pre-Flop with KK to AJ and I have half of my chip stack with KK.

I take a deep breath and try to take my mind and think, after all, it was just a tip of the Iceberg.

We should detour earlier.

Yes, I have a a game baseline, once I see myself doing anything different of it I recognize I'm tilted.

I don't have tilt. I play for fun and positive emotions. The tilt occurs in players who do not have patience and in the event of a loss, they try to immediately return the lost funds. For me, the game is entertainment, I play for fun, so I never think about money.
