Do you know when you're on tilt?

I know when I am on tilt but the difficulty is not to know, it's to deal with it. When I am on tilt I generally stop playing and take a ride on my bicycle. It works... sometimes

Well... of course I can tell when I get angry... it's hard not to get angry when you're beaten in a hand where you had the advantage... but when that happens... I say to myself the following 2 sentences... "In poker there will always be the possibility of losing a hand unfairly" and "Take a deep breath and accept it..."

I think that how longer you play poker and how more do you understand that no matter how good the cards you have in your hand that you can always lose anyway and if you simply accept this then I think you will also tilt less. When I notice that I tend to bring my emotions into play, I try to play even stricter. And to fold even more than I usually do. But I don't get mad about poker and yes there are already those OMG moments but that's just a moment and it's over again immediately after the next hand has started.

After one bad beat, I can calm down, but when they happen very often, I lose interest in poker and then I throw what they give, play loose hands and get out of the game.

Hi

The tilt is a painful feeling that anyone feels when they fall into it, you will feel a great desire to continue playing and that you are able to get your money back, but unfortunately what will happen is the opposite.
I think the best way to not let the tilt bankrupt you is to leave the game until tomorrow, sleep may help forget the state

Full blown...I'm talking plate smashing Tilt, not just a little bit upset.

Yes, I usually realized when I'm tilted. I try to really focus in my decisions and ask me twice, is that a hand to fold/call/raise?
I wonder if it's also a way to be tilted when I play in too much tables and make a hasty movement

It is better to stop playing and avoid damaging your bankroll, it does not make sense to play for revenge or take very risky decisions to try to recover from a bad hand.

I hardly ever get angry, I can handle when they beat me with a standard hand and I don't despair. But I go into tilt when they beat me with super ridiculous hands, at low levels I know that this is normal, but I lack mental strength, I think I don't go into tilt, today they only pay me a strong preflop raise with J4 in first position mp KK in J44 they donate half a pot to me I put it in AJ and put everything in and that's it, I instantly buy back for revenge but I didn't succeed and I'm happy when they eliminate him too, it was obvious from the way he played.

I go on tilt when one leg of my chair breaks as I try to move from the table to get a snack during a game. Sometimes there is an object under my computer and the screen goes tilt too .... but that does not affect my game. Just makes some cards harder to read

sometimes i dont notice it but sometimes i do . i notice that i am on tilt :

when i start getting angry

when i lose patience and want to win as quick as possible which leads to overagression , playing way too many hands etc.

when i get tired

when i get scared to play a hand because of suckouts
