Sometimes I eat at the same time, but it is very difficult because in an hour there are breaks and you can get up and go to the kitchen to get something to eat, like fruit and light things so as not to interfere with your game.

I like to eat when I'm hungry. Anything I do during the game gets in my way.
But as the poker sessions are very long and the breaks are very short, the need for energy always comes up.

I only eat when I'm playing poker if I'm in a long tournament. I eat then because I try to keep the anxiety down and the patience level up.

I often do something else when playing - eatch, watch youtube, listen to music etc.

But honestly, its not good for poker.
So only do it for games where you dont care too much about outcome.

I’ll usually eat before playing. If I’m playing a tournament on Ignition casino though I’m more likely to have some sweets or something. In my opinion there are to many players on one table and the time bank on there is way to long. To me tournaments are much more enjoyable playing on Betonline

Would rather remain focused at the tables and task at hand then to add potential distractions during the game, but snacks and meals are welcome when things are running good and everything else seems to be working in your favor.
