I try to only play now when I am free with a fresh mind. I find that if you're in a hurry and playing poker, you will make a lot more mistakes and play a lot worse.

Also, playing on Sundays seems to be my worse day !?

almost everyday

I play onlinepoker almost everyday. Some days I have to do other things or some sports. On this days I take a brake, because I think, it is important to have a clear mind and this clear mind you can get best, if you take a day off.

I play poker every day, or rather not a day, but an evening, only in the evening I have free time, but sometimes this game evening ends only in the morning!

It's prudent to spend as least as much time studying as you do playing, if not more...

I play in my spare time, my mind is very distracting and I really like poker

I play every chance I get. Before work, if I have time, after work, weekends etc...I also have insomnia, so I'm lucky if I get more than 4 hours sleep. Online poker definitely comes in handy.
