Most of the times I play only FRC's PS games , their time is super convenient for me , they start at 22.00 local time.Some other days I start a session but lately I try to play even less than that. Sometimes I skip even CC's dailies, I am bored and I prefer a refreshment poker wise and just wait for the next time to feel really pumped for poker.

Personally that has helped me a lot and playing it is not a mundane task anymore.Try it yourself!

Yes. I play poker every day for 5 to 6 hours a day. I either play poker or walk on the street.

Yes but very few money games.Mostly Cardschat freerolls. When you lose playing freerolls you have had some fun and lost nothing.

In order to play every day, you need to be at home every day and not have another job. In other words, have income from the game.

If I am not in a bad beat streak/must have a break, then, generally, yes, I play every day.
It is part of a professional routine to have a break now and then but that doesnt contradict the routine of playing every day.

At the moment I play almost every day, but normally only one or two single table sitngos or just one multi-table sng or tourney per day. I feel that playing a little, often, keeps the game fun, and keeps my poker strategy and discipline much sharper than if I do a "binge-session". I'm only just getting back into poker this year after a good few years off, so I might start playing a bit more per day once I've got my mental stamina back up to where it would need to be.
