at the beginning when i started playing poker i played music, but now when i play i never listen to music, now when i play tournaments they are usually bigger and more serious.

This is gonna sound weird but I listen to Holy Wood by Marilyn Manson...

It has slow and fast songs but doesn't give me an Adrenalin rush that might make be play over aggressive and therefore exploitable.

When i play 1-3 tables id like to play with some chill music on low volume in background but when i play 4 or more its better for me to play in silence without distraction to use my free time before hands to analyze some players deeply

I only listen to music early in tournaments and when it gets to mid game i usually turn it way down or completely off so i can focus more.

I listen to music when I play online. It helps keep me focused and limits my emotional responses.

I do not listen to music in live games as I like to interact with players at the table.
