I'm used to play on weekends. I don't have to much time during the week, and my wife works from home on weekends, so I play more.
I start after lunch, like 3-6 hours depending on the results and my motivation.
I'd rather play during the week tho

I try not to play poker all weekend long. If the weather is nice I will try and make plans to enjoy the sunshine! ☀️ Also- spend time with family and friends!

As a retiree, everyday is a weekend. I play a live game every Wednesday, except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Online I play in the Cardschat freerolls for which I qualify. Sometimes (anytime of the day), I will play on PokerStars.
