I am on it 10 to 12 hours a day since I picked it up almost a month ago.

It is part of a process to build up my stamina to hopefully maintain a constant high level of concentration for sustained periods.

Hard to keep awake at times with the cards I am dealt with at times, but playing two tournaments at the same time helps when that happens.

I am pursuing this to hopefully bring home some income as I have recently retired even though I am just over 60.

I try to play as long as possible. When I am burned out from variance I try to take a couple of day to resilience.

I play every day, but I would say that it is probably more valuable for a player to study every day, and miss some poker sessions, because studying is really where you improve as a player, otherwise you are just mindlessly grinding, and not really getting anywhere.
