I play on average every second or third day.
Sometimes that could be 7 days a week with several off as it depends on other commitments.
The good thing about poker is that there is always a game on line and with casinos in our area due to open, will make in-person play available again.

I play most days at the moment, but work is picking up so I'll probably be back to a bit at weekends and a couple of evenings through the week, or less.

I do find I'm much fresher after a break, and can focus more on making the better decisions.

I play daily unless I have days where I'm too busy with work. On average game time is around 2-3 hours of poker but depends on how well I do in the tournaments.

I can't play poker every day, I play 3-4 days a week, but if I had more free time, I would play more often, it doesn't bother me, especially since you can watch a movie or a sports broadcast at the same time

The advantage isí: that if you play well it is worth the effort.
Disadvantage: long-term burnout, downswing.

Well not everyday, but probably 360 days out of the year. I use to play 10 to 12 hours a day, now more like 5 or 6 hours a day. Been playing on line for 17 years. No telling how many millions of hands I've played over those years.

I always love to play daily. I still do. Since my shift change, it's been tough to play for hrs when I could use more sleep. Sometimes I may not play. It's all good though. I could use a break.

i play at least 1 sit n go a day. usaully at least 4 hours or more(depending how well i do hahah) on MTTs during the week. i also want to start playing live in casinos again once they open up

Since I got back into poker recently I've played almost every day. Once in a while if I have a lot going on I'll skip, but I like playing at least a few tournaments each day both for fun and to keep skills up/improving.

Taking a mental day after a really long session, especially one where you run poorly, can be helpful too. At least that's what I've found to work for me.

No, there are days that I take to study and generally these days I spend all day studying, as now at that time I post the study because I work in a little while but I started it was too late but there are at least a few 10 hours of study today.
