on weekends i play more at night, getting up in the morning, during the week i like to wake up doing my physical exercises going to the gym in the morning, then i get home after lunch i start my tournament section playing the same tournaments i played on the day previous doing this with enough discipline over a long period of time.

Day or night Play

It really doesn't seem to matter to me when I play either day or night. What does matter to me is that when I play that it is a time that I hope I will have little to no distractions like the dogs needing feed or let in or out, No one is planning to come over etc. Just like playing when I know I can put my total concentration on the game
