If you're talking about the nicotine, I don't know why you're smoking at all. Because nicotine doesn't help you calm down. I can advise you to take a cold shower if you feel you are in a tilt. Or at least wash your face with cold water. I think it can really help you calm down.dangbaonguyen93 said:
