Very cool, and it's good....I have nothing to brag about because most of the time when a game starts that I'm waiting for maybe I'm drunk as hell 🤬🥺 I only have some traces of my passion left for cards.
Now I'm seriously preparing for the vip game, I can last another five hours.

I don't smoke, so that's out of the question, but if I feel like I'm on tilt, I'll stop playing and go for a walk or bike ride instead.

I used to smoke a lot too. But after a heart attack, I gave it up. I gamble, but I can't smoke anymore. It's a pity that it took a heart attack for me to quit.

Luckily i dont smoke so i dont have that urge, And as far as tilt goes, i dont play emotional, so it does not affect me.

I used to do just like you, the more I tilted the more I smoked cigarettes.
But I have quit 5 years ago, and I am glad. I am still having a problem with tilting.

I used to love smoking... Then I realized it was superfluous... I tried to quit many times, but it didn't work out... And now, after more than 30 years of smoking, I motivated myself and the problem is gone) I still remember a night, a tournament, an ashtray full of smelly cigarette butts, a room full of smoke and sour taste in my mouth from excessive smoking... and the fear that they will run out... And then smoking cigarette butts from an ashtray and the bitterness of nicotine on your lips, which you're trying to wipe off with your hand...

Yes, sometimes, I usually do not smoke more than one cigarette per two hours, but in some cash tables or tournaments where I may spend more than four hours and the competition is strong, I may smoke more than usual. I have been smoking for over 25 years.
I don't tilt because I never spend more than I can afford on the game. Poker is fun for me, and smoking is a habit that is killing me.
