Do you tilt after very unpleasant hand outcomes or bad beats?

Personally, I am calm about this, because I understand that this is part of the game and this cannot be avoided. But I know people who break keyboards and monitors because of this. How do you deal with it?

I don't see any reason to tilt then. When you play poker, you always have to expect that you can lose and accept it. People who think they have a reason to tilt may not have really understood the game or they are not doing proper bankroll management. No one is invincible in poker and even if you're very good, you always have to expect to be defeated. People tilt because they think they should have won a certain hand, but as long as the river hasn't been laid, the game has not yet been decided and supposedly best hands often end up as less good hands than you had thought. But it is also part of poker to accept losses and learn how to deal with them as well as possible

Even if I agree with Mina271, then I do think tilt is a part of the game. If I feel I am loosing "unfairly" I sometimes change poker client, just like getting a nice new view and perspective. You might wanna try that, no guarantee that helps but thats life.

I take it easy, it's part of the game, for example, I was losing all-in all day, but in the last freeroll I got lucky and managed to reach the final table. (Though there was a trap.)
Yesterday's freeroll with a prize pool of $500. Villain opens 2bb, I go all-in with my 8bb (I was the shortest). And here is the hand. I was more angry with myself for one mistake that cost me a stack on the pre-final table. I could have made it to the final with a good stack, but some stupidity took it away from me.

I treat such situations very calmly. For me, poker is fun and I will never be nervous about losing a game. I only play with the money I won in freerolls, so in general I have no reason to be nervous.

It's great that you don't get nervous about this, because there are people who depend on poker for their lives and they are very worried (people without a competent bankroll)
