I take breaks now. Continuous play for couple days in a row makes me go on tilt but after a little break I am back to normal.

I want to play poker my whole life

Good morning everyone, I have been playing poker since 2018, until today bad bets leave me very frustrated, but today I know that it is part of the poker variance and if you keep playing and studying, your game will evolve and if it is already profitable, this it will only improve and if it is not yet, continue studying and practicing, and yes I already thought about stop playing poker, because I think that the results of the draws of the cards are programmed so that most of the time the player with the most chips wins, in my opinion .

It's all about finding balance. You want to keep this a game that you enjoy doing. There is always variance and down swings. Just have to find your inner peace and be able to walk away to build back up for the next one. If you have a bad game or get really unlucky, take a few days to relax and do other things to bring back the positive vibration.

I've never thought about it, but I understand that I'm in that situation.
Maybe it's time to take a little break. It might ease your frustration.

The best thing to do as to step away from the tables when you're not feeling your best (whether that's with how poker is going for you or other factors).

I quit for a while
Stop playing for a day, then start grinding again
Just dont stay playing in a bad streak, it can only get worse
1) You keep playing right but losing money for bad luck
2) You get frustrated and start playing like an idiot
And the worse thing that can happen
3) You think: i'll raise the stakes to recover my losses and compromise a lot of your bankroll

Many times I have lost everything, and I think about quitting poker.
the ideal is to let some time pass, and play again.
and learn in times of bad streak, you breathe and you continue.

Hello.
I never thought about it. There are different days, and sometimes the best thing to do is take a break. In general, for me, poker is a hobby that brings me pleasure regardless of the result.

Look at the charts and statistics of other players

Find your friends, favorite players, or top players in sharkscope or some other database and just look at their charts. I assure you, you will not find a single chart for a significant number of hands that would not suffer from a fall.

Failure is an integral part of poker, without it, poker is not poker.

I think that if you are playing poker, you can pause, but not quit poker.

There are very demotivating situations in which the bad phase prevails. It makes me want to never play poker again, but then we go back to optimism and resume games in the hope that everything will go well.

That is a normal reaction of almost everyone who plays poker ... it is clear that a bad streak frustrates and discourages even the strongest ... but in the end it is best to give yourself a couple of days to get rid of all that negative vibe ... and then return with all the positive energy ..!

Yes, there were such cases more than once! But I try to forget everything and start with my strong side!

So far I've never had any desire to quit Poker. I just like it man, I think it's a great game. I'm also totally okay with taking bad beats/coolers, it's part of the game.
