Does music improve your game?

When I started playing poker, learning the basics of the game, the music was present in my gaming session. But then I realized that it interfered with my concentration, only complete silence. This is my recipe, everyone has their own preferences.

Hi the All! Earlier I tried to play with the different music... But when once upon I been win
tournament in the absolute silence -- this was wonderful feeling! When you not interfere
nothing and nobody! And after this I try to play in poker when no distraction moments...
First of all result, and then may and need turn on music, that enjoy the victory!..

On long long sessions I'm getting crazy only music can helps me. But music have to be light. Also if I'm too aggressive some chill music like the Delerium helps me a lot

Listen to music while playing poker

I think listening to music is better before or after the game.
For example, to get out of tilt I can listen to music for meditation.
And to warm up my brains before the game I can listen to electronic music.
If you listen during the game, you can take a rash step or you can fall asleep
It all depends on the type of music.

I think music with Lyrics can be a little bit distractive, i prefer music without letter, or white noises, like the sea, a mountain sounds etc

When I play a lot of tournaments I do not listen to music and I am more focused on poker. I enjoy listening to music at 1-2 tournaments. I actually hear everything from the top 100 charts and I like a lot of '50s and' 60s music.

Playing online, music definitely doesn't throw me off my game. It actually helps keep me occupied, and not restless.

Live, I avoid it (headphones/earbuds), because I think that there are some valuable tells that people give off, while talking. I mean, plenty of people will even tell you exactly how they like to play the game.

I feel the biggest key to success is surrounding yourself with things that keep you relaxed and happy. If music allows you to stay in a relaxed and positive aspect keep at it. For myself music helps to improve my mental gameplay an allows me to stay zen while playing.

depending on the person some are used to playing listening to music, watching tv is only the comfort of each person I listen to Swabian music which helps me to be pampered
