My son is following in my footsteps, loves poker, but shows little interest when it's long tournaments...Hope it continues , it's a good exercise for the young mind.

My girlfriend gets really angry when I play poker. That's why most of the time I play when she's not around. We don't spend much time together, I wouldn't want poker to shorten this time any more)

My fiancé (who lives with me) does not play. When we 1st met he learned to play and we played a lot live and online together. He was even pretty good at it. But he quit playing after a couple of years. Now he doesn't even much like for me to play. He puts up with it, but it is obvious that he doesn't like it.

I think it's really important to do some things together as a couple and some things apart. My hubby has no interest in poker but he loves playing the guitar and music.

Once upon a time I taught my wife to play poker, and she fell in love with him. She even win several inexpensive tournaments, then she tried slots, and now sometimes she only plays slots, and not poker, unfortunately ((

Never in million years would my wife play Poker, she hate's the mere mention of the game, I am not too bothered though because whenever I taught her a new game she was always able to beat me after a short while.
We have been married for over 45 Years and I still cannot get a read on her, so playing Poker she would be a Demon! to play against, I am not against her trying, but I know she would be one tough cookie on the felt.

My partner is fully supportive ( it took me 3 partners to find her though!) - As long as the bills are paid, we have a good life and the kids are catered for - my poker has paid for a few holidays for us over the years so everything in moderation! lol
