IMO I don't know what all the fuss is about, very very rarely, a hand of omaha is won by a high card, unlike hold'em where even 4 handed holding an ace is huge. HU PLO is basically a 50-50 flip every hand and as it's PLO you always have the odds to call from the sb. I wonder how many hands in these HU games would have been folded as pure garbage at a regular table? Isildur will crash eventually when the varience starts to come into play.
1. The fact that pre flop edges in omaha are so small just means you have to have a bigger edge postflop.
2.Yes a bunch of hands would be folded if the where playing FR, but it wasnt FR.
HU=/=FR, same can be said about any type of HU, stop trying to compair it its not the same thing.
3. Most of Isildurs winnings come from NL and most of his loses from PLO.
Basicly every time he has played PLO its been because his oponent asked him in chat to do so and he said yes if they would play some NL against him aswell.
4.Who cares if a hand is won with a high card? Is the scale of how good of a
poker game is how many high cards win? Does that mean Razz is the worst because high cards never win?
