In this or that degree of emotion will accompany you in a game of poker !!! The main thing is to be able to control your emotions !!! But the game should be built on strategy and not on emotions !!! The main thing is always to remember it !!! The control of emotions will come along with the experience of the game !!!! 1) make a small pause to think about every important decision 2) Avoid emotional overloads (not emotions, namely emotional overloads) 3) Practice deep breathing 4) think about solving problems and not about problemma

I would really like to know how you "jam" your emotions when playing poker are there any effective ways that you could advise?:)

I like the humorous approach, I'm joking out loud about card games, and raising them is fun:) jokers come across cards 7 and 2 ..

In this issue, it is much more important to adjust yourself before the game. If you set a goal that from one game or game session for you can change a lot - then emotions can not be avoided. If after the beginning of a poker career it's been 3-5 years already and you will not learn to control yourself - the best way to play freerolls or throw poker and spend valuable time building a career ladder in relane life.

I try my best to stay calm, but I fail and I'm sure a lot of people do too.

The way I recover is to remind myself that each hand is separate from the hand before. Like starting a whole new match.

I get tilted many times when I play and make mistakes and not only. I have to admit , it's better to practice not to have emotions at the table live or online , better play your A game , see and fix for next time the mistakes you made last time . :)
Emotions lead to mistakes .

Think of it as business as usual and keep emotions at the door. You don't go into negotiations and act emotional and you shouldn't act that way at the poker tables.

Once upon a time after a LOOOOOOOOOONG losing streak, I flopped a full house in a thousand dollar pot. Long story short I lost on the river. That pretty much numbed me to anything that could happen at the table.
